Tagliatelle with White Truffle
Ingredients
- 500g tagliatelle
- 1 white truffle
- grated Grana cheese
- 100g butter
Preparation
- While the tagliatelle is cooking, melt the butter in a bain-marie.
- Drain the tagliatelle and toss them with the melted butter.
- Plate the tagliatelle and sprinkle with fresh truffle slices and a spoonful of grated Grana cheese.
