Nocino Chocolate Cake| Tradizione e sapori di Modena
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate
- 50g all-purpose flour
- 50g potato starch
- 100g butter
- 1 shot of Nocino
- 3 eggs
- 1 packet of baking powder
Preparation
- Beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture is fluffy and smooth. Add the flour, potato starch, and sifted baking powder.
- Melt the butter and 100g of chopped chocolate in a double boiler, then add the Nocino and stir.
- Combine the Nocino mixture with the batter and pour everything into a previously buttered and floured cake pan.
- Place the remaining chocolate pieces on top of the batter.
- Bake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
