Nocino Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 50g all-purpose flour
  • 50g potato starch
  • 100g butter
  • 1 shot of Nocino
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture is fluffy and smooth. Add the flour, potato starch, and sifted baking powder.
  2. Melt the butter and 100g of chopped chocolate in a double boiler, then add the Nocino and stir.
  3. Combine the Nocino mixture with the batter and pour everything into a previously buttered and floured cake pan.
  4. Place the remaining chocolate pieces on top of the batter.
  5. Bake at 180°C for about 30-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
