Clean the anchovies, pass them in flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Fry them in olive oil. Cut the peppers into cubes and cook them in a saucepan with oil and pre-golden chopped onion. Add tomatoes halfway through cooking. Add the pure caprino cheese at the end of cooking, off the heat. Serve the anchovies with peperonata and sliced and seasoned red lettuce with oil and salt.
